Eating healthier, But feel unhealthy, Is this a bad diet? what do i do about this...?

Im eating 6 small meals a day. all low calorie foods, anywhere from 1000-1500 a day.
But, Im not losing any weight, to see results, how much should i jog a day to see results?
Im drinking more water then usual, But im not using the bathroom either.. ( if u get what im saying)
I feel bloated and its awful. Im not losing anything, i feel flustered.
i just want to lose 10 pounds, and get all that "lazy winter" fat off around my hips and thighs.

Please help.
