Endomorph - AKA Skinny Guy Body Type - How to Stack Muscle fast - Nutrition, Weight

Gain, Muscle Mass, HELP!? Hey Everyone,

I'm a tall, relatively skinny guy with some basic questions about weight gain for people of my body type.

I did four years in the military (USMC), I went from 6'2 145 to 6'2 165 gaining almost entirely muscle mass. I kept my basic body type due to a very high cardio output mixed with little to no weight training.

I'd like to stack as much muscle as I can in a short period of time. I've been told that my body type can't do cardio & weight gain at the same time. I'm comfortable enough with my running to drop it completely to allow myself to gain weight.

Here's my basic idea for a workout plan to build muscle for my body type.

I've completely cut my cario. (down from 10-15 miles/week)
I'm doing 1.5x my normal food intake.
Doubling my Protein intake.

Heavy pullups, pushups, dips and crunches, mixed with low-weight squats & chest/shoulder presses. (usually a 20lbs box of cat food in each hand)

Anyone have some tips for workouts that I can do at home?

Suggestions for a diet/workout schedule?

First of all ur an Ectomorph
Second.. if u want to gain muscle mass it will be vary challenging just doing basic calisthenics without weight.

Your definitely going to need to focus on big protein (i'd say around 180g's +) spread though 6+ meals a day.... all being a healthy spread and not just shit
+ add a multi vitamin
