There's a YouTube classic that shows a kid smashing a penalty kick off the post and into the keeper's face. Well, Bolton's Fabrice Muamba topped that.

During an England U-21 training session Muamba blasted a shot from outside the box that bounced off the far post and took out teammate Jason Steele with a vicious headshot. Silly, lowbrow entertainment, yes. But the FA clearly enjoyed it.
