Ever get CDs stuck in your multi-CD player in your car?

It's built into the dashboard. I'll probably have to the whole car in to get the jammed CDs out of the player. But does anyone have any advice or ideas to get these out myself? Do you know what usually causes this? Does it tend to be the CD that's the problem or the player itself? If you had to take yours in to have this fixed, would you take it to the dealer or someone else?
