everytime i burn a divx file to a cd-r or cd-rw the burn good to disc but won't let

me rewind or fast fwd it? the dvd player is fine this just happen to day i most of the time send to the cd drive and the min be 11 to 14 min now when i do it it says 92 min then i tried nero what could be the problem
