A few days i brought a excerise bike i started riding it everday for at least 30 min. I have big thighs and butt it's not to big but bigger than i want it to be. Will the bike and eating healty make them thinner ?
I have also started eating right like i only drink water and green tea, i stopped eating junk food and fast food.
