Fell off my diet and feel guilty, will it effect my weight loss?

Been on a strict diet the last couple months and have been doing pretty good, anyway had a massive Chinese dinner today which I began to feel full about a quarter of the way through then feel sick about half way through but finished it all. Had to go number 2 a couple times within a half hour after and still feel kinda sick and full.

Been doing cardio and weights every other day and eating about 1500 calories a day for the past month, losing about 2.5-3 lbs a week, will this make any huge noticeable setback to my weight loss?
