First Cruise in May For 5 Year Anniversary (don't know what to expect)?

It is a 7 day cruise to Turkey and Greece. I live in Germany so unlike living in the States I cannot run to the nearest Wal*Mart to get the things I need. So Help Please!

*What do I pack?
*What kind of clothes?
*How much money am I supposed to bring?
*What all will the cruise cover?

I don't know anything about cruises so any helpful advice will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
