Fishing while on cruise?

Hello im going on a cruise in august and im wondering what to take with me for fishing from shore. Where do i get bait from? Do i use lures or spinners? These are the places ill be going Palma, Villefranche, Marina Di Carrara, Rome, Propriano, Mahon, Palma

Please help!!!

Any ideas on bait or tackle
