Fitness and diet experts , Plz answer ?

I work out A WHOLE LOT ! and i can't see any difference in my weight ..

i work out for like 4 hours x 5 or 4 days a week ... high intensity cardio with some weight lifting .. but i guess its not working .. i don't eat that much of food or junk at all .. mostly keeping my calories up to 1600 calories per day ..and am taking L carnitine and chromium supplements ..

Do u have any other suggestions , i need to lose like 5 kilos within the upcoming 3 weeks..

Help ... best answer 10 points..

I think thats really good but dont weight left to much because then you'd be gaining muscle/wieght. but run some to lose some.

First off. How much do you weight and how tall are you? You workout 4 hours a day? Is that what your saying? If so, you may just be putting so much stress on your adrenals that you can't lose anymore weight. Although you say you do high intensity cardio? IDK how high of intensity that could be if your doing it for 4 hours. When you say lose weight? Do you really want to lose weight or fat? Don't listen to these idiots that are saying stop weight lifting. Thats retarded. Keep weight lifting and do some sprints, do some real high intensity exercises that you couldn't sustain for over 3 min straight. Their is a lot more to know about your goals, demographics ext.
