Okay so heres my question....
Im 16 years old right now 6 ft tall and weigh 155 lbs
Im trying to gain at least 10-20 lbs of muscle by the end of summer and get much bigger
I was wandering what kind of exersies should i do to get bigger?
Im already in really good shape ( i do track and wrestling ) im pretty ripped already but i keep trying everything but i cant seem to get bigger..
Also
Im working out 2wice a day now I work out once in the morning do some weightlifting and then in the evening i do high interval training which burns a lot of fat...
So the high interval training is making me lose lbs cause i do it for an hour which burns mabye 1000 calories or more
Should I stop that? and just focus on weightlifting?
and 1 other thing im also on a nice ab diet should i stop that? because i hardly eat much in the day i take in at least 2k calories ( burn most of it off )
Should i start eating more?
Im very confoused on this please help and if you can please provide some excersies that can help me get big
