i need help badly i want to lift weights and get skinny. i have a tred mill in my room and weights at my house dumbells, benchpress, etc. i only want to ask 2 questions ill make it short

1. Is this a good thing or do you think i should do something else. Run on tread mill 10-15 mins, lift weights. everyday. and drink protein shake after work out.
2. I bench maybe 90 pounds i didnt bench in so long thats why. Anyways when i lift weights for example i curl i only curl 15 pounds and do like 10 reps and bench like 10-15 reps i was wondering how much reps should i do after that and how do i know when to move up to bigger weights.
3. How often should i rest while working out and how long?

1. yes that is great.. just make sure you keep with it!

2. don't worry about how much you can bench or lift. its more important that you are actually there working. Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps(pretty basic pattern for lifting) increase the weight a bit between each set, you should find wights that you can lift but should struggle by the last few reps, i try to find a weight that i can get through the first two sets and then get about 7 to 9 out of the last ten. when you can do all the sets all the way through then you know your ready for higher weight.

3. i would say 1 -2 min between each set. (this is the optimum amount for muscle gain and fat loss)

... a few extra things to note.... you wont see the results by just doing the exercise, you need to be eating healthy too, cut down on carbs, increase protein and veggies. AND DRINK A SHIT TON OF WATER!!!!
