what type of fitness regimen (please include all details) would you recommend to a 26 yr old female who is 5'4 170 lbs wanting to achieve this type of body? i will be on a low calorie/semi low-glycemic diet eating 6 small meals/day. thanks!
 
the female body responds best to circuit training. A gym like curves is set up for that type of training by the way. Google curcuit training to learn more.
