Fitness question which is more important to cardio speed or time?

I'm running on the tredmill should I focus on running fast and adding time or on time adding speed my goal is to improve my blood pursue
 
I would recommend doing at least one hour and no more than 2 hours. Work on adding time till you get to one hour. When you get to one hour work on adding speed.
 
I think that doing a consistent exercise for longer is more effective than quick bursts:) Im pretty sure my wii fit told me that at one point, haha
