Fitness Routine for Skinny Girls ?

I'm a 32 year old female, 5 ft 3 inches tall and I weigh 52 kgs (approx 115 lbs). I have always been on the "skinny" side most of my life but I hardly ever exercise, so I’m extremely unfit! If I run for 5 minutes I get out of breath! Over the past 2 years or so I noticed my stomach slowly growing. Can anyone tell me a fitness routine that I can follow, which mainly focuses on reducing my stomach, but also gives me over all fitness WITHOUT losing too much weight? I prefer to go for walks and short jogs outdoors if possible and do my exercies outdoors, rather than be stuck in a gym.
 
Mine a close friend has same problem but she is managing greatly.Daily routines = crap. Just eat healthy. That means: no more soda, chips, fast food.... And yeah. Limit ice cream. And even better switch ice cream with frozen yogurt. Drink lots of water. if u can exercise daily and can mange your wait too then you must eat things with protien like chicken, fish, or even eggs.
