Im trying to gain at least a stone as im 5ft 2 and 6 stone 13 (female 16) and i need to gain weight and muscle so ive decided to do weights 4 times a week at the gym and eat this diet plan
Breakfast: porridge with milk and a apple
Snack: A banana with a whey protein shake ( 1scoop of whey with milk)
Lunch: A baked potato with beans
Snack: Whey protein shake again
Dinner: A Lean Turkey Breast with a portion of veg
-Gym at 19:00hr-
Supper: whey protein shake
Any suggestions on how to improve and and exercise tips ?
