free sms service (think google voice) in australia with android app?

I am looking for a free sms service like google voice, or yahoo messenger s ability to send sms, in that can send to AUSTRALIAN phone numbers. It would be great too if there was an android app or way to access it on an android phone so that I could use my phone to send i. If this is not possible I was also wondering if there SIP service that supports sending sms to australia.
