...firewall.? Their computer basically has gotten a virus that wiped out their firewall, and so viruses have been pouring in. They can't access internet to download Avast (free anti-virus) and ZoneAlarm (free Firewall), which is what I suggested as they're free and pretty good, I hear. But they can't even get online to get those, and their current anti-virus won't get rid of the problems. I thought maybe entering it on Safety Mode and trying, but I figured you guys might have a good suggestion.
