there is a car in my parking lot that intentionally ticks, not related to the car itself, it is an add on..

just wondering if anyone knows where you can find this sort of thing.
if you know, answer, otherwise don't bother. I don't actually want to buy it, just want to see what it is.
 
put lolly pop sticks in the wheels like you did when you were a youngster on ya pushbike...
