I get good sleep, at least 7-9 hours every night, I eat well, very healthy actually, and I exercise as well, but I still get really tired. Now I know it's natural to be tired sometimes, but I mean, I wake up, eat breakfast with a big mug of coffee I might add, then after like 45 minutes, I'm almost to the point of narcolepsy, unable to keep my eyes open. This may last for up to an hour or two before I can finally wake myself up enough to do something. I do work nights, but like I said, I still get enough sleep, and have a well-adjusted schedule. The only thing I can think of, is that I dated a girl a few months ago that had had mono not too long before we got together. She said she was cured, but could it still transfer to me? I've just rarely ever been this sluggish before. Any ideas, recommendations?
