Good deal on 2007 bmw 328xi?

I was looking at 2007 328xi with 33,000 miles with an asking price on $24,500. Comes with the auto transmission, sport package, front power & heated seats...

Saw this is below kbb value, but I also know used cars are taking a beating and wanted to know if this was fair or I could do better.
 
a BMW with an auto transmission, and sport package? kinda defeats the point of the sport package. but other then that i guess it is a good deal make sure that you get a carfax for it. also BMW's have a tendency to completely breakdown after about 150,000 or 200,000 miles. also if it is a convertible the components will breakdown sooner then its hardtop brother.
