I wake up at 6,30,Leave for school at 7,30 and am able to exercize from 7pm and over.
What should I have for breakfast and lunch ect.

Depends on what you want to do. Are you aiming to maintain weight, lose? Gain muscle?
At your age you shouldn't have too hard a problem of keeping weight off. Your metabolism is likely working hardcore as you are still growing at a very fast rate.
If you just want to stay healthy I suggest some walking/jogging at a medium pace for at least 30 mins a day. You can tone your muscles by carrying 2 full water bottles with you while you walk/jog (if you don't have weights). It may sound silly but its very effective. Plus you have your water ready for when you are finished.
Yoga is great for toning too. You can look up different poses online though if you have never practiced yoga before it can be quite challenging to learn without an instructor.
Some simple jumping jacks, push ups, leg lifts, sit ups, pull ups are all great exercises.
For food, just try to eat as much veggies as possible, fresh fruits, and lean meats. Chicken, fish.
just cut your calorie intake by 500kcals for a week, and eat healthy, and drink lots of water, no junk food, no fizzy drinks, and excersize as much as you can
