ChaLEAN Extreme's workout program says you have to do "Recharge" once a week. It's a stretching/yoga routine, but I don't like it. Can someone recommend something to replace this? I was thinking the DVD from the NYC Ballet...anyone have any great stretching/toning DVDs??

Ok, I also do p90x's yoga x, but i love it. I am in pretty good shape and love ALL the p90x workouts. The difference I have found between the people who love the intense stretching and toning of yoga x and the people who say 'ill do it if i have to' ilargelyly based on thier prior fitness. Now, please no one get upset with me because I know there are always exceptions. But, I know people from 100 pounds overwieght to ex bodybuilders trying p90x and the people who have never really been in good shape dont seem to like the yogs x or plyometrics(or any of the other workouts for that matter). I didnt try p90x untill recently solely on people telling me they didnt like it, thats because this workout is for someone already in good shape to take the next step. So, if your considering yoga x, and your in somewhat good shape(meaning you already workout at least once or twice a week for a minimum of the last 3-6 months and have no health problems) then give it a try. I wish someone in good shape who had tried p90x had told me how they feel about it instead of someone not in that great of shape telling me how they hated it.
