good workout routine for linebackers?

im switchin up my routine beuz basically the results arent comin fast enough..i wrkout like a body builder 4 day split chest tris mon back bi tues etc.... bt i wnna get BIG!!!so pleeze b4 i lose hope wat routine can help me get better results?thnx nd btw it cant be more thn 4 days

yeah, that was hard to read.....
but, do a lot of squats
and a lot of dumbell stuff to isolate the arms (dumbell press, alternating press, etc), it comes out when you take on blocks and stuff
work on explosion, hip flexibility, lateral movement

getting big fast has adverse health affects,

if you pour good ol fashion blood and sweat into it, you'll get big, and stay big, and be able to take much more punishment as a player.
