...legs, stomach and butt? pretty straight forward--- i don't mind intense
diets no problem--- i dont drink anything but water, milk and ornge juice. No lollies but chocolate everynow and then. No takeaway and have my serves of fruit an veg, and i dont over eat


i think laziness is my main problem
the worst that could happen?
i could get raped or something on the way to the shops to get that pill, i could be allergic to it, i could get really sick OR i could walk out of the shop and trip on a step, injure myself and all the pills fly out and a dog comes along and eats them and dies.

Squats (all the way down to parallel of past it) and Dead-Lifts are the best exercises for legs, back and core. Do them regularly and you will tighten up.

Note: You diet must be good and you still need to do cardio.
