I recently purchased "Be-Hot" from GNC. (Spare me the "diet pills don't work" speech, I go to the gym regularly and am just looking for something to push me a little harder) I took all of the supplements included in the pack today for the first time. I felt really energized for the first few hours but after about five hours I felt a little queasy. I may not have eaten enough when I took it, but I'm not really sure if thats the problem because I had it with my cereal, followed by a banana.

I did some extra research and I think it might be the "Be-Defined" pill in the pack that is the culprit. Its made up of fish oil and CLA, along with some other things. I have never taken either but read that some people have had unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects from both of these ingredients. I'm going to keep taking the other pills and skip the Be-Defined from now on. Anyone else having issues related to this? Advice on how to avoid it would be great, I am curious to see if a person can build a tolerance or if I just shouldn't bother to try and make my body like it. I looked for information but wasn't really able to find any concrete research or real experiences from people.

You need to eat a full meal before you take these pills. People figure they will eat ice cubes and take these pills and then end up feeling sick.

i started taking be-defined and be-energized..its been going on a week already lost 3 pounds. getting good results so far. the only i dont like about them is if you take it after 7pm your up all night-early morning.

thank you

I'm so glad I found this post. I just started this product from GNC today and as you said I felt great for the first few hours but now am very queezy. I usually do always feel this way when I take fish oil so I don't take it. I think I will start doing the same thing as you and just take the others. And just to let you no it happened to me even after eating breakfast In the morning and I took them about half an hour after eating a full meal.

I started taking GNCs Be Defined last night before i went to the gym, and today I started feeling really dizzy. Dont know if that is related?!?!
