Has anyone had any problems playing Blue Ray Discs in a computer Blue Ray player...

Yeah, I've had that happen to me twice. We ended up taking them back and getting the regular version. I have no idea why it happens though. :/
 
...(read details)? I recently bought the TRON combo pack with both DVD and Blue Ray discs. I dont have a portable Blue ray player but have never had a problem playing them on either computer before.

I have a lap top and a desktop computer, both with Blue ray Drives.

When i put the discs into regular Blue ray players they work fine.

But if i try to play them on my computers they dont, unless i scrub the surface.

No their not dirty.

they do a spin like sound then a sound like its redoing it or something. i cant describe the sound but the picture never comes up
