I am thinking about trying the cleanse and would like to know what to expect. Does it work? Am I going to be running to the restroom all the time? Besides wanting to detoxify my body - I am also wanting to lose the last 5 lbs of my baby weight. So, for a person who doesn't really need to lose weight - will I be able to drop a few pounds?
