it should work perfectly fine, you can actually find HDMI cables for about $5 at Fry's that will work just as well. HDMI cables are digital, and are not as susceptible to interference as analog cables, so a cheap cable will work just as well as the $50 dollar ones.

The HDMI cable you have selected will work. Just about any HDMI cable will work, you don't need to spend $50 for a cable.
