Have blue ray player and just got a movie which says "digital, blue-ray" but won't

play!? The movie loads and all but won't get to play at all...the movie did this yesterday and we returned it thinking it was a bad disc but obviously was ok...thx!!

What's the name of the movie?

Maybe you bought it as a region your player can't play.

Have you checked to be sure the player is up to date? If it's connected to the internet then there's usually a settings option on the menu to update it. If not, go to the manufacturer's website and see if there's an update you can download and install via disc or USB.
