I'm 15 years old, and my brother has always been a jerk since we were both little kids. He always screams, and the only way I can even beat him in an argument is to scream louder than him. My voice is very raspy now, and hard to control. He's improved over the years. He's no longer a tool so I tend to scream a lot less now. My question is will my voice forever sound like this. Can I heal it with vocal exercises/drinking water?
Have I permanently damaged my voice by screaming?

My father used to spoil one of my brothers because he was the only redhead in the family, and if he didn't get what he wanted, he screamed as loud as he could...
Now his voice is raspy...
And in the past, he had a hernia operation due to all the screaming.
