Height Increasing Diet and Fitness plans? 17 and 5'3?
Hello,
I am a 17 year old male and am 5'3 1/2 (125 pounds)
I know that I am nearing the end of the time in which I can still grow so I would like to do everything possible to be the tallest and fittest I can be
I realize that you cannot make yourself taller then your genes 'allow you', however you can make sure that you at least go to your full potential by limiting things which stunt growth (i.e. excess carbs)
I will start doing the stretching exercises in the Grow tall fitness program and try to improve my posture
However I think that diet is more important and I'm not quite sure what to do there
If anyone can help me set up something which would make me taller and fitter it would be an enormous help and I would be very grateful

PS. I am comfortable with body, if I can't grow anymore then oh well.... so no comments about that
