Help finding bike with Shimano gears and Brakes?

When I was a teenager my cousin got a bike from toys r us with shimano gears and brakes. I don't remember how much we paid for them but I remember them costing a little bit. It was a mountain bike and I rode it everywhere and I really loved how I could ride up a steep hill sitting down barely pedaling but making it up the hill with no problem. I've been looking all over the internet for a bike with shimano brakes and gears and can't find one. Can someone please tell me where I can find this bike. I don't remember the name brand of the one I had but my dad back over it a few years ago with his boat in the back yard so he had to chunk it.
 
My Cannondale F9 came with Shimano Shifters. Not not brakes. They were just off brand V-brakes. But it's a great bike. I would recommend it to anyone. It can be a little pricey, but i bought mine with a scratch. So it came to ~$330 with taxes. Regularly $479 or so, I believe.
But shop around. Check Ebay. Often you can get great deals on some really good, new bikes.
