When I try to burn things it says it cant find it and I cant find it on my computer. Sorry not so tech savvy so I dont know what to do. I got it open with a paper clip but that didn't solve anything as it still wont open with the button or work. I tried doing a system restore and troubleshooting hardware and devices but it didn't find anything. I am running windows 7 and its an internal dvd drive on a gateway desktop.
