I moved to a new school half-way through last year and now I am starting Year 11.. I'm 14.
I have a group of friends, but we are going through a bunch of drama. Basically, they have all sat in this courtyard since they started school. We call ourselves The Courtyard Crew (lolz) and we are basically best friends. Now The Courtyard Crew has shrunk a lot due to a couple of boyfriends and new friends.
Now that my group of friends has shrunk so much, I suddenly realize how little people I know. I'm a pretty friendly person naturally and get to know people quite easily. However, getting to know people in my classes is difficult because in every class, I sit next to my friends! (I can't move; we have to sit in the same spot.)
I realize I have no guy friends! That sucks because it's good to have a balance of both. I could join a club, but I'm terrible at sports... I can play violin though. Do you think Chamber Group would be a good place to make some new friends? However, that only meets once a week. What else could I do in the meantime? Thanks!
