Helppp! Motorola Razr advice!.?

've just got a new motorola razr which I've put contract sim card in and I'm not receiving pictures? Is there any reason why? Thanks in advance.
its an orange simcard

You shouldn't have...
I couldnt wait to have one...when I did...
I was so dissatisfied with it...
DOESN'T STAY CHARGED FOR VERY LONGGGGGGG!!!!
atleast mine didnt...
and it wasnt like I used it 24/7
seriously...every 4 hours it needed to be charged.
I was sooo mad

now I have a t-mobile motorola rizr...and I LOVEEEE it!!!
stays charged for 3 days straight.
