...you're talking about? My doctor visits haven't gone well and there's something wrong with me, I think I figured it out.
So I just wanted to ask if you had an eating disorder then you went to the doctor with what looked like an/other eating disorder but it involved not being able to have liquids, and bringing up your food and stuff like that, basically kinda like IBS but the main symptom was that fruit and veg were a particular problem to the point that you just basically can't eat anything.
Would that suggest Gastroparesis or not? And if you already had an ED would they just give you the medication or would they need to do testing? I'm asking cos they thought I had GERD but they just gave me meds but the meds didn't work, they didn't bother to test me and I am guessing if I have this GP that's maybe why the meds didn't work. But they told me something about an eating disorder and all I can find is rumination but I know it's not that because for one I had what I thought was gastritis symptoms but actually what is going on is really extreme and I'm about to go on a liquid diet by myself if I don't get anywhere.
But I'm not going to my doctor to tell him what I think I have so can you please tell me when and how they will figure it out when I have told them my symptoms like 10 times already and am being ignored.
I mean jesus when I see the symptoms of Gastroparesis it so ridiculously obvious that's what I have. At first I thought it was an ulcer but that makes no sense, so I kept looking at different things like GERD and IBS but none of them fit but this fits exactly. I have other symptoms I don't feel like writing.
Also does anyone know how long it will take to go away and can/will I go on a liquid diet, I'm not sure how it's supposed to get better because the symptoms make me not want to eat but it was not eating in the first place that caused it.
Now I'm totally freaked out to try eating fruit and veg because of those benzoar things so I'm totally stuck. They already think I'm a hypochondriac so I'm just keeping quiet. All I know is something is wrong and they better figure it out soon. It's not my fault the medication didn't work, and I didn't make myself vomit so I am not about to START that. (vomit comes up but thank god I do not seem to be vomiting, probably because I still don't eat enough at a time, it just regurgitates but it is definitely a vomit thing, plus my mouth will go all..foamy.. lol...that's not acid I know what acid feels like, this is the preparing to vomit thing, it's horrid)
