Gonna sign up for netflix, do they have blue rays to rent?

Yes they do. But the plans cost more and the selection is pretty limited.

Yes, they do, but the pricing is higher than the DVD-only plans, and the selection isn't as large (you can find most new movies on Blu-ray, but a lot of older ones haven't even been released in that format yet).
