How are famous people lives similar to ours?

Some people think famous people have very different lives, what are some similarities and differences ?
 
similarities :
we all have dreams. we all believe in some things. we all have regrets. we all know someone of someone who has had/has cancer.

differences :
they get stalked by paparazzi. they are invited to extreme fantastic award shows. they make more money.
