How can I drive traffic to my MMA blog?

I have a blog called www.mmafightflicks.com and I want to increase it's popularity. Could anyone give me some suggestions? It seems some of these online forums don't like users promoting their blogs or websites.

If the forums does not allowed means, you can use some other SEO techniques like,
1.blogging,
2.article submission,
3.directory submission,
4.social bookmarking
These are some techniques to increase the traffic..
I found a professional SEO plan at Thewebpole.com .
It also helps to increase the traffic.
