and no workout equipment? I'm a guy, age 22, height 5'8", weighing about 120 lbs., and I eat until I'm full. :) I exercise somewhat, sometimes biking, walking, doing a few push-ups, or ballroom dancing (which can be quite a workout, depending on the dance!) I'm a college student on a budget. I try to buy inexpensive, nutritious, tasty food.

I'd like to gain some weight (obviously good weight, not fat!) and strength in general - no particular goal in mind.

I am not going to use any protein drinks or supplements, just normal food. I am also not going to go to a gym or buy any equipment costing over $20. I'd like to be able to exercise anywhere.

What do I need to eat to gain weight, strength, and health, and what exercises would you recommend for overall strength and fitness?

The best answer will be one providing a plan meeting these specifications, and/or providing links to websites providing pieces of such a plan. Don't link to any sites that are like "Do this and you'll be amazing - in only 10 minutes!" or anything else questionable.

Thanks! :)
