I am a Senior in high school and i decided to join the track team to get fit. I am around 6'1'' and 214 pounds at the moment, but I played football (defensive linemen) during my junior year, so I have some speed in me, but a lot of it disappeared because I did not relaly exercise much after football. I want to run the 100, but i feel like I'm not as fast as I used to be. What are some ways that I can increase my sprinting?
