How can I get rid of a pokemon from leafgreen ?

I am using a visual boy advance gameboy emulator on my laptop to play Pokemon LeafGreen Version. I have two of the same pokemon now because one evolved, is there anyway that I can get rid of one??

TRY THIS IT WORKS

i am using an emulator too and also on a laptop, Go to the Computer in any pokemon center and log in to bill's pc, this is only possible if u have met him ( he is just outside cerulean city) deposit the pokemon you don't want and pick up any other pokemon that u already have stored away. Just tried it on my emulator and it works, good luck
