im 6 feet tall 19 years old guy. i use to be an athlete currently studying in an arts university... ever since i've joined it i do not do physical activities and sports that much. i wake up early and gets free from college after sunset . at that time i feels very tired. now i ve gained LOOSEN FATTY DIRTY LOOKING STOMACH... now i need help to get rid of it.. my chest is also loosened and i also have got double chin. these things prevents me looking into the mirror. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me. i want myself to be in shape before summers...
