How can I get rid of the burnt oil smell in my car?

I left off the oil filler cap, after 20 miles there was oil everywhere. I've had the engine steam cleaned but still get a strong burning smell when using the warm air blowers.

Will the smell eventually fade? Is there anything I can do to help it fade?
