How can I get rid of the 'Favorites' bar at the top of my Internet Explorer page?

At the top of my Internet Explorer home page, and also at the top of Yahoo! Answers on my computer, the top bar is the title bar, and the one under that is the one with the address space, where you enter website addresses. Then under that, at the far left is a gold-colored 5-pointed star witht the word, 'Favorites.' Then to the right of that and all across the screen, all in a row, are a bunch of icons and abbreviated website titles. I would like to get rid of that whole row, including the star and the word, 'Favorites' ... but I've clicked all around and don't see how to do it. (Unlike on Mozilla Firefox, I don't have the "File Edit View ... Tools Help" Toolbar on Internet Explorer.) Does anyone here know how I can do this?

Right click somewhere above the address bar and click on "customize", look for "Favorites" on the panel (where it says" Current toolbar buttons"), and click "Remove".

I hope that helps.
