How Can I get Traffic to my web site? Im a newbie!?

I recently became an Independent Distributor for sendoutcards.com/116309. I am completely lost, I had no idea what I was getting in to in the marketing area, I believe in the company totally, I just have no knowledge of how to get people to my web site to see my product and opportunity. Can any one help?

You can increase site traffic by Blogging, forum posting, Directory Submission, social Networking,etc .
