to install the "decoder"? I have a bunch of tutorial video DVDs that i can't open them and in DVIX an Error window tells me:
"this video is an unsupported format and can not be played without installing additional direct-show filters".
and in media player tells me: "windows media player can not open this DVD because the compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer"
