Its considered racist because Black people are the only ones called "porch monkeys". Also, Bush put us in a recession, debt, and an unnecessary war, whereas Obama has only been in office for three weeks.

Because people always stereotype them as reacting in the same way and having the same traits, when in actuality they don't.
