How come i can tdownload rated M games on xbox live?

Ok, iv'e looked into it a little bit. (just on Y!A)
and ive seen answers saying "if you put in your real birthdate you cant change it."

Is there any way i can change it at all?
because i tried to download a demo earlier today and it said i cant cuz of something in the parental settings. And everything was set to the point where you can download anything.
so what the he*l?

can i call tech support or something and see if they can change my age?
or can i make a silver account and make it so im like 60 years old, and than just log back into my gold account?

i dunno.
does that even make sense?
if it doesnt. say so, and i will edit it.

So can i change my age on my XBL gamertag so i am allowed to download rated M content?

so if i make a silver account would i need to pay anything extra? i dont remember when i made my gold about a year ago. ( i was to excited, and wasnt paying attention. lol) Like the gold, its like 9 bucks a month, but is there any straight fee just for silver? so i can just download the demo on that account, and not have to worry about my prestigues and stuff like that on my gold?

Nope. You can't change it, specifically so children like yourself can't put their real age, find out they can't download M rated games they shouldn't be playing, then change it.
